Acholi Owinykibul and Opari Club Incorporated is a non profit organisation created with the intent of providing humanitarian service to the people of Owinykibul and Opari Boma at Iwire Payam as well providing better standard of living among its member in Diaspora which is not limited to encouraging healthy integration, providing education and negotiating a better welfare system for its member.
Acholi Owinykibul and Opari Club Incorporated aim at promoting development in the above mention region. It may expand in other part of South Sudan if the organisation grows.
We may provide funding in the needed areas. This fund can be allocated to services which is not limited to education, health centre, welfare system and other service necessary for those in need.

It members are Acholi Panyikwara who are living in those region and mainly they are the land lord of Owinykibul and Opari, and if they are not the land lord, they could be the resident of Owinykibul and Opari.
